We want to make sure you feel supported and informed about our approach to these matters. Here’s what you need to know about our policies regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

  • No CASH ON DELIVERY facility
  • No Cancellation/Return/Exchange of products.
  • Unboxing video must for damage/missing issue/any issues related to delivered product.
  • Make a 360 degree view video of the packaged box before opening the box.
  • Then the opening video should not be done without any pauses in the video.
  • After opening if there is any issue you have to show that clearly in the video.
  • We will review the video, and  we will refund the amount of that item in case the product is missing or damaged in such a way that it cannot be worn.
  • Please note shipping charges will be not refunded in any case.
